Happy Halloween!

We had such a fun night! Blaine was dressed as a Fire Fighter, Eli was a Pumpkin, Daddy was a Jock and Mommy was a Witch. This was the first year we took Blaine Trick or Treating. We practiced this morning while I was getting ready for work. I told him about knocking on the door and he said "I kick it." No we don't kick the door. Then I told him to say trick or treat. He shouts "TREAT!" Luckily, tonight there was no kicking the doors. But, there was also no saying trick or treat. Blaine froze at every door. What a funny boy. Ü
After trick or treating, we went to my aunt and uncles house and had soup, rolls, chips and pumpkin cookies. YUM!
Enjoy the pictures!!
My little pumpkin!
What a big boy!

Blaine got sick of the pictures. He just looked so darn cute!!
Check out my striped purple and black tights. They were fun!

Happy Halloween! (Blaine's hat slipped down over his eyes and then the
battery in the camera died. So we only got one family picture. Oh well! Ü

Can you say "STUD MUFFINS"!

We bought some adorable suits for the boys to wear to church. $14 at Shopko! Thanks for the tip Katie!! They looked so stinking handsome. However, we weren't able to get the ties on either of the boys. Blaine REFUSED to let me put it on him and Eli has a thick neck like his daddy so I couldn't even get the top button of his shirt done up. Oh well. They were cute without them. Blaine was not in the best mood so we didn't get the best picture of him. Also, check out his chin. He fell and got a rug burn. OUCH!

Yummy

We decided to start feeding Eli baby food. He really likes it. We started him on Sweet Potatoes. It's funny because when we started cereal. He could take it or leave it. Now, he will actually open his mouth and lean forward to help us get it in his mouth faster. Funny boy. Here are some pictures and a video.

Bring on the good stuff!

Don't mind Tyson and me, we don't look so hot. Ü

Snowbird

My family has been going up to Snowbird since before I was born. I have so many fun memories from up there. It's fun getting to take my boys up there too. Hopefully they will look back and enjoy their memories from Snowbird. This last week was our week there. Here are some of the pictures we took. They are out of order and kind of random, but I hope you like them.

Blaine and me at the family swimming pool.

We went to the new playground they built. It started raining while we were playing so we decided to head back to our room. By the time we got back it had started snowing! We were pretty cold and wet!
Cute Eli

Daddy and Eli. They don't look anything alike huh. Ü

It was really foggy one morning. This was the view from our room. So beautiful!

We were getting ready to go to the pool. Tyson said we needed to get some towels first. So, Blaine grabs a hand towel and swings it over his shoulder. He's ready!

Mommy and Eli in the family pool.

Funny story. At the playground, there was a little rock climbing wall. Tyson was trying to get Blaine to climb it so Tyson started climbing it. Then Tyson decided he was to big for it. Tyson said "I'm too fat. I better not climb it." So, Blaine climbs two steps then gets down and says "I'm too fat too." Ha! What a crack up!

Grumpy Eli

I ADORE my baby Eli, but he is a grump! When he is awake, for say a 2 hour time period, he is happy for MAYBE a half an hour. The rest of the time he spends crying unless you are holding him AND you are standing up. That holds off the crying for MAYBE another half an hour. Even then he's not happy, but he's not crying. And, Eli doesn't just cry, he SCREAMS. There's no middle ground for this guy. He has one of those cries that makes you crazy to listen to. It just grates against you! It's gotten so bad that Blaine has started complaining when Eli is crying. Blaine will cover his ears and say "Eli crying. No like it. Eli binkie." At least I have my Blainer to keep me sane with the cute things he says. Ü
